Cancellations: All online reservations require payment up front. Tickets will be held at will call. Tickets may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the trip for a full refund minus a $5.00 per ticket processing fee. Tickets cannot be refunded within 72 hours of the trip but may be transferred up to 24 hours before the trip. All cancellations within 24 hours of the trip can be neither transferred nor refunded.
All Reservations made through the office will have up to 24 hours before the trip to cancel, after that you will be held responsible for your tickets. A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations.
Weather cancellations are at the captain's discretion.
