The Cape Ann Marina

The Gloucester Fleet is located in the north basin of the Cape Ann's Marina Resort. The Resort has been in operation with party boat charters for over 36 years. Located just inside the Blymann Bridge canal on the Annisquam River, it only takes minutes to get to Gloucester Harbor and then onward to sea.

While on land you can take advantage of the Gull Restaurant and the bar area, next to where you board the Lady Sea or other onsite boat charter companies: Tuna Hunter, First Light Angler, Kayman Charters, and other scuba diving charter businesses.

The hotel, indoor pool, Spa, Waterside Tent area, and fuel dock area are conveniently across the property on the south east side. The entire property has wireless internet access, and lots of places to chill out and take in Gloucester's beauty and wildlife.
